Dynamic stitch function, one row can support 256 variable areas without split the row, increase the diversity of pattern design; and realize the knitting of different tissues and different stitch densities in the same row. The fine adjustment function on both fabric sides can effectively solve the problem of different length and increase the flatness of fabric.

It adopts LCD industrial touch screen with color graphical interface can display various knitting working parameters.
Motorized Direct Needle Selection Cam
The direct needle selection cam mechanical system all controlled by the motor, the motors control the cam move to let needle make actions of knitting, tuck and needle transfer, which greatly reduces the cam mechanical failure rate. In combination with the carriage rapid return and the racking zero waiting function of the system, it realizes high speed, efficient and stable production.
Knitting And Tuck Together
Knitting and Tuck can be in the same course with the new cam mechanical, the machine can let carriage knitting and tuck in the same course.
Needle bed
Direct milling needle bed is economical, 7G standard, 12G and 14G optional. The inserting needle bed has high strength, small needle swing and good consistency of mechanical gear port. It is standard for 16G and optional for 12G and 14G.
Intelligent Comb (optional)
There is no waste yarn for fabric, which saves waste time, releases the workload of employee and greatly reduces the cost of the enterprise. The intelligent comb adopts servo closed-loop to accurately control the
comb plate pulling, which solves the two different density problems of comb plate pulling and roller pulling during knitting rib. The pulling force is more uniform, can pull fabric down better, the fabric bottom knit better, and the alpaca wool knitting sweater looks more pretty.
