Dual Carriage
The fully electric-driven architecture, combined with a precision ultra-compact carriage design, enables synchronized dual carriage knitting operations. With intelligent stroke optimization algorithms, machine operational efficiency is significantly enhanced, reducing production cycle time and delivering higher return on investment for customers.

Double-driven Roller
The front and back rollers are independently driven by motors, enabling precise tension adjustment between the fabric sections to dynamically adapt to varying pulling requirements in multi-fabric production.

Closed Sinker
The sinker closed system applies uniform and stable force to the fabric regardless of the machine carriage's position. It effectively suppresses the fluctuation of roller tension, provides a more stable knitting environment for the tensionfree bottoming process, and significantly improves the forming accuracy and surface texture of complex threedimensional fabrics.

Yarn Insertion Mechanism  
The yarn clamp and cutter system comprises two yarn clamps and one yarn cutter, operating with precise synchronization. As the clamps and cutter are independent modules, they can be individually activated to delay cutting during fine yarn processing or performisolated clamping actions.

Presser-foot Attachment 
The servo motor controls the brush and presser foot to operate in coordination. During needle turning, the brush actively retracts to minimize contact with needles, enhancing stability. The presser foot works in tandem with a normally closed sinker to enable glove empty-stitch knitting and continuous knitting.
