The CX3 series knit to shape computerized flat knitting machine represents Cixing’s next-generation Knit-to-Shape flat knitting technology, designed to directly produce ready-to-wear garments without the need for cutting, sewing, or linking. Equipped with the industry-leading Steiger intelligent control system, the CX3 enables real-time monitoring, precise knitting control, and higher integrity of finished garments.
Covering 5/7 to 18 gauges, including multi-gauge options, the CX3 knit to shape computerized flat knitting machine adapts to a wide range of yarn thicknesses and fabric styles. With Model Plus software and an extensive pattern design library, it empowers designers with creative flexibility while supporting remote monitoring, data transmission, and seamless collaboration between design and production.

Full-Motor With Triple-System Carriage
The fully motorized carriage with triple systems executes multiple knitting actions simultaneously within a single row. Coupledwith optimized travel path design, it achievesshorter reciprocation distance and fasterreturn speed, enhancing overall efficiency.

Motorized Yarn Feeder
Each yarn feeder is driven by an independent servo motor, integrated with real-time encoder feedback to achieve millimeter-level precision in positioning. Its free horizontal movement design synchronizes seamlessly with the knitting head's motion, minimizing idle travel and boosting production efficiency.

Electric Brush
The motor controls the movement of the brush, reducing contact between the brush and the knitting needles, thereby enhancing the stability of the needle flipping process.

Two Stage Stitch Density
With two-section stitch density control, each knitting needle can instantly change the tightness of the knitting loop when needed.

Flexible Take-Down Device
Replace the traditional continuously drafting rubber roller with a flexible take-down device composed of multiple motor rakes. Single electric needle rake can be adjusted in sections and regions to effectively control the tension of different parts of fabric.
