Motorized Yarn Feeders  
The 16 smart motorized yarn feeders are individually controlled by the system to achieve precise positioning, asynchronous kickback, and synchronous yarn feeding, which can reduce machine carriage travel and improve knitting efficiency. It can easily realize special organization patterns such as intarsia, reverse inlay, weft lining, hollow knitting, etc., and increase the flexibility and diversification of the knit-to-shape patterns.

Intelligent Yarn Detector (Optional)  
The intelligent stitch control device can automatically control the yarn feeding quantity according to the fabric demand and realize high-quality production.

Four Needle Bed  
Equipped with 4 fully formed needle beds, its structure is to add 2 needle beds to the previous V-shaped needle beds. By making full use of these four needle beds, the functions of sending needles, receiving, adding needles, and binding off needles for all kinds of double-sided fabrics are realized, and the unprecedented advantage of transfer needles is achieved. Various patterns and styles can be knitted.

Flexible take-down device  
Replace the traditional continu-ouspulling roller with a flexible pulling device composed of multiple motor rakes. Single electric needle rake can beadjusted in sections and regions to effectively control the tension of different parts of the fabric.
