GE PRO Series is a mixed yarn feeder model designed to deliver an ideal balance among pattern capability,knitting efficiency, and equipment cost for customers. The fully motorized 5.2-inch ultra-compact carriage works in perfect harmony with the machine system, greatly enhancing stability and efficiency. Equipped with 6 smart running yarn feeders that support independent control and precise yarn feeding, the machine easily handles complex patterns such as multi-color intarsia, partial jacquard, and reverse yarn-in. The 10 standard yarn feeders focus on large-area base knitting zones where no swing is required. Together, they significantly expand design freedom. The dynamic gauge function supports up to 256 variable zones per row without row separation, enabling diverse pattern designs and allowing different structures and densities within the same row. The bilateral fine-tuning function effectively corrects fabric length discrepancies,improving fabric flatness.

2. Scope of knitting production. 5/7G. 5G,7G and spacer knitting for 3.5G; 12/9G variable needle pitch 12G,9G;14/12G: variable needle pitch 14G,12G; 6.2G: 9G, 10G,12G and spacer knitting for 7G; 7.2G: 10G, 12G, 14G and spacer knitting for 9G.

3. Electric brush: Optional models, require BM series carriage circuit board which supports feet pressing function;

4. Size and weight: The 3G and 3.5G machine use the example of two carriage system 56inch needle bed with intelligent comb, For other machine models take the example of three carriage system 52 inch needle bed with comb device.

5. The standard configuration is the factory default configuration of Cixing. If other configurations are required, they must be indicated when signing the contract.

6. The above is the configuration list of conventional models. Please consult the sales personnel for special models.

7. The above configuration may be adjusted within a certain period of time, and the final contract shall prevail.

8. The above special accessories are the products independently developed by Cixing. It is not recommended to use the same type of products in the market. For the sake of equipment safety, it is recommended to use the original accessories of Cixing.

Full Cam Motorized Carriage
With the full cam motorized super small carriage, the cam knit,tuck, transfer actions are controlled by motors, greatly reducing the cam failure rate. The carriage systems are cooperated with optimized course to have shorter return distance, faster return speed, truly achieving high-speed,efficient and stable production.

Electric Brush
The motor controls the action of the brush, reduces the contact between the brush and the needle, and improves the stability of the needle transfer.18G standard.

Mixed Yarn Feeders
Equipped with 10 standard yarn feeders and 6 motorized yarn feeders, the latter enabling multi-color intarsia and partial jacquard with ease, significantly improving knitting efficiency and pattern quality.

Automatic Oil
The automatic oil filling device has the functions of automatic reminder of insufficient oil quantity and oil pressure, and adjustable oil filling time and interval. Realize timing and quantitative automatic lubrication for high-speed machine, and eliminate the problem of oil needle or wear caused by human factors. Greatly increase the service life of the machine.
