Cixing Celebrates International Women’s Day with Special Activities for Female Employees

On March 6, Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd. held a special event themed “Blooming with Confidence, Moving Forward Together” to celebrate International Women’s Day and express appreciation for the contributions of female employees.
The event was organized to recognize the dedication, strength, and achievements of women within the company while creating a warm and engaging cultural atmosphere for employees.
The celebration began in a lively and welcoming setting. Ms. Yang Xuelan, Vice General Manager of Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd. and Chairwoman of the Labor Union, attended the event and delivered sincere holiday greetings to all female employees. She acknowledged the professionalism, responsibility, and dedication demonstrated by women across different roles within the company and thanked them for their valuable contributions to the company’s development.
Ms. Yang emphasized that female employees play an indispensable role in driving the company forward and represent an important force behind Cixing’s continuous growth.
During the event, the company also presented the “Outstanding Dedication Award” to female employees who have worked at Cixing for more than 18 years, recognizing their long-term commitment and contributions to the company.
To further express care and appreciation for female employees, the event included a lucky draw session, with prizes featuring women’s health check-up packages designed to support employee well-being.
A special flower arrangement workshop was also organized as part of the celebration. With guidance from a professional florist, participants selected from a variety of flowers and created their own unique arrangements. Surrounded by the fragrance of fresh flowers, employees enjoyed a relaxing and creative moment while producing beautiful handmade floral works.
In addition, several fun interactive games, including ring toss and prize-throwing challenges, brought excitement and laughter to the event. These activities provided employees with an opportunity to relax, interact, and strengthen connections with colleagues.
