Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd. 2024 College Student Symposium was successfully held

On the afternoon of January 10, 2025, the Human Resources Department of Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd. organized a symposium for the 2024 college students with the theme of "New Journey in the Workplace, Building the Future Together". Leaders of various departments and 33 new college students of the 2024 class talked about growth, youth, and ideals.
At the beginning of the meeting, the director of the Human Resources Department of Cixing welcomed the graduates and encouraged them to "live up to their youth and integrate knowledge and practice" at work. He emphasized the importance of adapting to changes in the environment. The company is not only a workplace but also a warm family, where every employee is an indispensable member. He hoped the new colleagues could feel the care and support of home, quickly integrate into the team, and grow together, applying their knowledge from school to work and achieving a unity of knowledge and practice. The goal is to weave their own infinite possibilities at Cixing and realize the integration of personal and company visions.
Next, the deputy general manager of the manufacturing department of Cixing promoted the company's "family culture" to the college students. The company regards every student as an indispensable "family member", a term that symbolizes the company’s care and acceptance of new members, narrowing the distance between the company and the newly employed college students. Teacher Wang also encouraged the students to actively seek guidance from their masters and to speak up when learning technology.
During the fresh graduate sharing session, students talked about challenges they faced in their work and the interesting stories of solving problems with the team, vividly showing how Cixing employees are not afraid of difficulties and stand at the forefront.
Bian Jingwei, a rising star in the sales department who graduated from the school-enterprise cooperation program, shared his experience of facing challenges when he first joined the company and how he gradually overcame difficulties with the help of his colleagues. Dai Shenlian from the software group of the R&D department also introduced his practical work method of exploring problems independently before asking his master for advice when encountering issues. Other students shared their growth from being unfamiliar withcomputerized flat knitting machineoperations to being able to operate the computerized flat knitting machine independently with the help of their leaders and colleagues. Through this, they learned to master the skills required for operating the computerized flat knitting machine, improving their overall competence in the production process.
The "mentor group" composed of leaders from various departments provided comprehensive and in-depth answers to various questions raised by college students, from professional and technical difficulties to career planning confusion, from handling workplace interpersonal relationships to company development prospects. They used their own actual cases to clear the fog for fresh graduates, helping them establish correct workplace values and stimulating work enthusiasm.
In response to these questions, the head of the R&D department shared his personal experience of starting as a front-line technician after university and gradually growing into a technical backbone in R&D. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a positive and enterprising attitude in the face of difficulties and challenges, sharing his own story to inspire the students.
After the meeting, the company carefully prepared a cake to share with everyone. In a warm and sweet atmosphere, the symposium came to a successful conclusion. Cixing Company hopes that college students will be good at learning, willing to learn, not be too ambitious, and be brave to innovate. At the same time, they should actively hone their skills in their positions, radiate light and heat in their work, speak with achievements, and become more outstanding first-class talents. This will help them continue to shine in the knitting industry, including mastering skills such as operating computerized flat knitting machines.
