On September 26, Cixing welcomed a delegation from Hong Kong's textile, garment, and logistics industries for a site visit. As a leader in the intelligent knitting machinery sector, Cixing provided the delegation with an in-depth look at its latest innovations in intelligent manufacturing technology. The visit fostered a valuable exchange of ideas and expertise on the future of intelligent manufacturing.
The delegation first toured showroom, where the company’s main computerized flat knitting machines were showcased. These computerized flat knitting machines, equipped with cutting-edge automation and intelligent technologies, represent significant advancements in the textile industry. Additionally, the showroom featured various sample products manufactured using these machines, such as flyknit shoe uppers, sweaters, gloves, hats and so on. The delegation was highly interested in the craftsmanship and production techniques, engaging in lively discussions with technical experts.
The delegation then moved on to the smart production workshop, where they focused on the assembly line of the computerized flat knitting machines. This assembly line is fully controlled by a 5G network, enabling real-time feedback and full traceability at every stage of the process. The visitors observed how components are assembled with precision and efficiency, from parts integration to the final product, all under the watchful eye of an intelligent monitoring system that ensures accuracy and consistency.
